Refund Policy

At Preferred Painting Inc., customer satisfaction is very important to us.

Deposits

• Deposits are generally non-refundable once scheduling and material purchases are made.

Cancellations

• If you cancel 7 days or more before the scheduled start date, we will refund any payments made beyond the deposit.

• Cancellations within 7 days of the start date may result in partial refunds depending on costs already incurred.

Completed Work

• Once services are completed and accepted, payments are non-refundable.

• If you are dissatisfied, we will make reasonable efforts to correct the issue in line with our workmanship warranty.
