By hiring Preferred Painting Inc., you agree to the following terms:

Services

We provide professional painting services as described in your estimate or agreement.
Start and completion dates are estimates and may vary due to weather, supply availability, or unforeseen circumstances.

Estimates & Payments

Estimates are valid for 60 days.
A deposit of 25% may be required to schedule work.
Final payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Customer Responsibilities

Provide access to the property and a safe work environment.
Remove or cover personal items before painting begins.

Warranty
We stand behind our workmanship. If issues arise due to our labor within 6 months of completion, we will return to make reasonable repairs. Warranty does not cover normal wear, damage caused by others, or environmental conditions.

Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
